Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was required to take the time off from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college degree. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectation. Her satisfaction was high about her position. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is the back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. Warming up is usually done before an actual exercise. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
