Mena Alexandra Suvari (born on the 13th of February, 1979) is a famous American model and actress. She is also a fashion designer model. After a brief stint as a model in the fashion industry, she quickly transitioned to acting, appearing as guest actors on television shows like Boy Meets World in the 1990s, and High Incident. She debuted in film with the drama Nowhere that was which was released in 1997. Then, in American Beauty and American Pie the actress gained more recognition in her roles. In 2000, she starred alongside her American Pie co star Jason Biggs. She then played the lead character on the film Sugar & Spice (2000). Spun, an independent drama that aired in 2002, and the action movie Trauma (2004) was the most recent of her appearances. In 2004, she was a guest on HBO's drama Six Feet Under. She received nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Award for 2005 in the category of Outstanding Ensemble.
